If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Sorry i should have mentioned my operating system is windowsXP home edition
with sp2 my ISP is Tiscali

It seems you have not enabled your firewall on XP.
If you are connected to the internet for fun, port 80 and 25 (going out) are
**sufficient**. All other traffic can be blocked.

To enable it, just go to control panel and security center.
