Hi Jose,

In your case you may want to look into "Windows Shared Computer Toolkit" I
have done a review about it here:
http://testing.onlytherightanswers.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=38

It does restrict Internet access on a user basis and with a combination of
Bios, User restrictions as well as Drive restrictions, you should also be
able to not allow USB access as well.
