If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

Go into the printer share properties, for example on the Windows server that
is sharing the printer [try right-clicking on the printer and selecting
Properties]. You should definitely be able to assign user permissions, and
I would think also computer permissions as well.
