I want to have my msn messanger password protected. I want it to ask for my
password every time I want to sign in.

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:

Untick the box that says remember your password? You may need to delete the
passport associated with it, it's been a while since I've used MSN Messenger
as I find Windows Messenger to do all that I could want from an IM client.

To kill the passport/password associated with it:

start
run
type "control userpasswords2" without the quotes
hit enter
second tab over
highlight the account(s) and delete button

Now when you use MSN Messenger again it should ask you for a name and
password, don't click the box asking it to remember your password.
