PKI - invalid policy eregister 05-03-2007

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
When I try to get a certificate I get the following error message:
The certificate has invalid policy. Error construction or publishing
certiviface invalid application policies: 1.3.6.1.4.1311.10.3.4

This happes with all of my certificates just different OIDs.
