If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Thanks Hayman. We can't get tp "last good known configuration." We
interrupt the boot up process with F8. When the Advanced Options window
appears and we point to "last good known configuration" and hit enter, the
solid blue screen appears. There is NO error message.
We are now trying to see if it is possible to locate the original recovery
disk that came with the computer. Since we can not actually get the machine
to boot I'm not sure what other option we now have.
