If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

Did you uninstall NAV before upgrading? Never upgrade an OS with an
antivirus app loaded - usually best to uinstall first. Try uninstalling it
now - if you can't, Symantec has a utility somewhere on your website that
should help 'erase' it - then reinstall.
