Sometimes (like every 1-2 weeks) my NAV 2006 will suddenly start
running a Full System Scan. I don't see in the program any options for
this. Do you know what's going on?

You may not see the option for a full scan, but it is there. It is standard
behavior for an antivirus to perform a scheduled full scan, usually weekly.
Look again in the options for your program and if you still can't find
where this is set, use NAV's Help file and search for something
like "scheduled scan".
