If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
If it is not unsafe, then it would be a pollutant (potentially) of
the internet. Try then killing the ntvdm instance in taskmgr to
find if you loose something you recognize missing.
Can we take it the machine is clean, and you are aware of what
16-bit antiquity might be running ?
