If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
The folder is inaccessible due to the NTFS permissions,
which are granting only to accounts that no longer exist.
As you have Home edition, you need to boot into safe
mode (F8), then navigate to the folder and right click into
the properties of that folder. There, select the security
tab and use the Advanced button to get a detailed dialog
where there is an Owner tab. In the Owner tab select
to take Ownership for Administrators and use the checkbox
to have is apply to all subfolders and files. When you apply
this you will get a prompt asking if you also want the NTFS
permissions reset, to which you should say yes.
After this is done, then add the account of the new system
or such as Users for all accounts so the non-admin account
you use day-to-day will have access.
