Hello

I have an issue where i need to move my Certificate Services to another
computer as the one that it is currently on is going to be de-commisioned /
reinstalled.

I can only find information on the moving of the certificates when keeping
the same server name as the one that is curently there.

Unfortunately, i do not have this. I am moving from SERVER01 to SERVER02

SERVER02 needs to remain named this for other purposes and SERVER01 is going
to be renamed SERVER03 and going to be in another physical location with a
different operating system installed.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a useful document etc for this

Regards

Gareth Collins

You must maintain the same name. This is stated in the initial warning
message when you installed Certificate Services.
