If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options I don't want to be involved with passwords of users (and prefer to set it to
be changed every 60 days or so). My business partner however wants to be
able to see what users are doing (so basically seeing their desktop,
Outlook, IE history, etc.). The only solution I know is to give out
passwords manually and keep record of them, so I can logon to their
accounts.
I don't like writing down and keep record of passwords for users, which goes
against all my security "feelings". Out of convenience I don't change the
passwords anymore, which is security risk. We're running only a small
company with only little users, so there is no real security issue, but I'm
looking for a better solution than what we do now. Because of my position in
the company I also don't like this interaction with my employees giving them
passwords. I also generally oppose this kind of setup, so I feel like I'm
teaching my staff the wrong things.
