If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

I can't seem to be able to logon to my SBS 2003 server. I am getting this
error "Local Policy Does Not Permit You to Log On Interactively". How do I
by-pass this and get into the system to change to the local rights?
