Mine also says Microsoft Corp.
At the same time, if you really want to make sure that it's not genuine, and
not replaced by a file with the same name and properties that actually does
something dodgy, I'd suggest that you:
- Reboot into a trusted operating system (potentially some Linux live CD)
- Calculate the MD5 checksum of the file
- Compare it with the MD5 checksum has found in the link above
