I downloaded and installed Handy Key logger 3.25. I scanned it for viruses
first. Clean. Is this company safe?

Why in gods name would you want to download a key logger?

For security testing purposes. We are worried about employees doing this to
other employees for "spying purposes" and want to test our Keylogger
detection software.

Never base your security on 'it worked for one thing so should work for
all', or if you have to, be amazingly paranoid.

What you should really do is set up the computers so they can only run
trusted, signed applications and DLLs. That way the keylogger can never run.
