I am running Norton AV on XP SP2

Just lately it keeps blocking MSSQL Stack BO. I am just a bit concerned that
this has been going on for a couple of weeks now and happens several times a
day.

previoulsy I haven't noticed any intrusion attempts that have been so
persistent!

have I got anything to be worried about?

This attack would only be successful if you are running one of the affected
products, which are mainly server-side programs that you wouldn't often find
on a workstation.

HST, the fact you are being hit by these suggests your computer is 'open' to
the Internet. Best advice if on broadband, use a NAT router instead of a USB
modem. Otherwise you need a decent firewall, for example Kerio.
