Hi, everyone!

I just don't understand why is not working as it supposed to.
I want my XP box to behave like a 9x one. I mean no matter which user or
password I use to logon into network (let's say a simple workgroup) onto
the win9x box, it should be able to browse the shares on the XP box
anonymousely aka using guest account. Now I'm gonna tell you what I've
already tryed out:

9x Box                XP Box
~~~~~~                ~~~~~~
user: test        simple file sharing = on
pass: test        guest account = on (but deny logon locally)
                \xpbox\fullshare
result: \xpbox is not accessible
user: test        simple file sharing = off
pass: test        guest unchanged (see above)
                NTFS: everyone = full control
                SHARE: everyone = full control
                GPO:
Limit local account use of blank password to console logon only = Disabled
Do not allow anonymous enumeration of SAM accounts and shares = Disabled
Sharing and security model for local accounts = Classic
result: \xpbox is not accessible
user: guest        nothing changed
pass:
result: everything is ok
