It seems i am infected from some virus from Google toolbar, everytime I
am clicking search on google.com or googletoolbar my internet explorer
hangs/freezes the system for few mins .

It also opens a pop-up on right-side of internexplorer screen.
I think it is from maxfiles.com ?

Please help

More likely its not from the GoogleToolbar, in fact I'm willing to bet
that it's not from it. Go get, update and run adaware, spybot and
believe it or not the MS AntiSpyware as well as whatever avp you have
installed.

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post
