I have added a wireless router to my network which uses ISA as a gateway
before machine go on the internet. Do I need to add a rule to ISA to
allow the wireless router to see the internet ? I have added the DNS
entries etc to the wireless router already.

If you wanted to add wireless functionality to the LAN,...take the "wireless
router" back to the store and exchange it for a "wireless access point"
(WAP) and plug the WAP into a hub or switch on the "LAN side" of the ISA.
