If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

My bad. The above should have been edited and the following posted instead:
"4. Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and install any Critical
Updates offered."
Otherwise, everything in my last reply pertains to Win2K SP4.
