If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Your device should have some sort of logging capability. Logon to it and
check and see if unknown IP or mac addresses have been using it and/or there
has been unexplained internet activity such as at times when your computer
was shut down. Make sure that you are not using the default name/password
for the device, that it is not configured to be managed remotely, and that
WEP or better yet WPA-PSK is enabled with a complex preshared key. WEP is
better then nothing but is pretty weak protection by today's standards. If I
was forced to use non dynamic WEP I would make sure that the WEP keys were
changed fairly often - maybe as much as once a week. --- Steve
