If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options I don't know specifically if Hotmail restricts the snp file format, but OL07
by default blocks Access files(mda, mdb, mde). It's possible that an snp
file due to similarity is being interpreted in the blocked file category. It
would also seem appropriate that Hotmail would not deviate too far from OL
in its file blocking method.
If not already attempted.
Rename the file with a different extension(e.g. xyz), attach the file to an
email and inform the intended recipient to detach the file from their email
client and rename with the original extension.
