If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
The user probably needs to be a local administrator to install it so if your
users are not local administrators then should not be able to install it.
Otherwise look at using Software Restriction Policies to prevent the
installation or running of unauthorized software as described in the link
below with hash or path rules. --- Steve
