If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

In Windows2003 we can create a share and grant permission with the command
net share ....... /grant:user,perm

Apparently, /grant option is not available for XP.
How can we can create a share and grant permission in XP or Windows2000?

Solved with rmtshare.exe command.
