If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I need to give a group of users permissions to terminate a process but I
don't want them to have Administrator rights on the server.

Windows 2000 server with SP4

Please characterize "a process"
Is this any process that they choose, one specific process,
a service or not ?
I am believing that unless this is a service you are not going
to find a way to do what you are after.
