Here's my question...

I have a domain that trusts anouther domain (call it Trusted).
In the main domain (HOME) we have an OU that has Terminal servers that we
want to apply Folder Redirection to all logins.

My question is, will this work?

In our testing it doesn't work. We have to apply the GPO to the OU where the
users that are logging in from.

Since we want this folder redirection to take effect on users from the Trusted
domain we had thought that it would be best to apply this at the Servers OU.

Is there a way we can accomplish this given our setup?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Joe,

I am not sure whether this is the correct newgroup for GPO questions so I've
set FUPs to the group_policy newsgroup.

What may work for you is Group Policy Loopback processing that forces user
policies from GPOs that apply to the specific computer. In your case, you
can create a GPO with GPO Loopback processing enabled and folder redirection
in the user settings for that GPO. Then apply the GPO to the Servers OU.
When users login, even if they are from remote domains, the GPOs applicable
to the servers OU will be processed, including the user portion in them.
