Hi,
This article should help you out (I know it is for XP, but it will also work
on Windows 2003 server...)
How to take ownership of a file or folder in Windows XP

Once you take ownership you should be able to delete the files.
Which folders do you need to remove? Maybe there is better solution for this
(e.g. System Volume Information...)
