If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
If the machine is a member of a domain talk to the admins
of the domain. If it is not, then you need to set up a new
valid data recovery agent. You can use the cipher utility
to issue a data recovery cert/key pair.
What is the OS version?
