If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Due to the nature of the access you require (use of db in Access)
the combination of setting you want is not possible. They need
read/write to use Access and change database content. That
gives them ability to copy or delete the mdb.
The way one controls access is to use a middle-tier design so
that users themselves do not need permissions on the mdb
