I have come to learn that it is possible that my email account has been
accessed by a former programmer of mine located in India. I know that
different ISP's have their own signatures, so is there anyway for me to
confirm someone else accessing my email account by simply listing dates/times
and from what ISP?

I have since changed my email password, however I keep getting notices from
MSN about how I have made a request to change my password. Yes, I did make
that request and did change, but I keep getting the requests, so I am now
thinking that my ex programmer is trying to change the password?

Thanks - Sincerely Spongebob

Just check the access logs on the exchange server by IP, then sniff it for a
location. Regarding MSN notifying you about a password change, you should
consider contacting customer support and filing a complaint. I had a similar
issue occur, and resolved it that way.
