I need to have a few users in the office send encrypted emails through
Outlook 2003. I was looking into 3rd party software for this I and wanted
some suggestions. Many that I have found used .zip files to compress the
email and then encrypt it. I am finding that this might be a problem since
there could be between 5 - 20 emails a day to the specific contacts. I
thought this was not feasible for us. I also found a program called Secured
eMail Home 2.2 that I thought would do the trick. The recipient only had to
download the reader and enter a password once, then all of the emails would
decrypt automatically when they were received. This was the easiest one that
I found to set up and go. Does anyone else have any other encryption program
suggestions that are quick and easy to use?

Either get them S/MIME-Certificates, or install PGP on their machines.

Of course, WHAT system to choose depends who they'll be sending the
encrypted mails to, and what system THEY use :-)

Another product that is really easy to set up and use is EaSecure. You
can find it at http://www.easecure.com/ . They have a plug-in for
Outlook 2003.

I highly recommend Zixcorp Zixmail. You can download a free 30 day
trial from there website. I plugs into Outlook so you can hit an
encrypt button from your mail client, really cool!
