If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
MS support will also do it for you for a fee.
Review http://www.beginningtoseethelight.org/efsrecovery which is
the original info on EFS recovery when the cert/key was not exported
and preserved, and which remains the document on how to do this if
you do not want to pay to get it done.
