I'm not sure if this is the best place to post it but:
Due to my careless internet browsing, I have someone added 2 unwanted things
to my computer, one of them is downloader and other is vundo, both are
viruses I believe. I have norton antivius , but when i scan for it, it found
the results but are unable to remove due to "unsupported file" What does that
mean? Also when i went to download a program off of symatec, to remove the
maliscious files, the program turned up not finding the maliscious software.
While when i do a full system scan, it was located in temporaily internet
files, how do i remove the 2 unwatned programs?
Heres some screenshots i took of it:

Go through the preparatory steps here:
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_Malware

Include scanning with Multi-AV (instructions at the above link) and
follow instructions to do all scanning in Safe Mode.

Then do the specific removal steps here:

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Winfixer

When all else fails, run HijackThis and post your log in one of the
specialty forums listed at the link above (not here, please).

Standard caveat: If the procedures look too complex - and there is no
shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigStoreUSA). Please be aware that not all local shops are skilled at
removing malware and even if they are, your computer may be so infested
that Windows will need to be clean-installed. Have all your data backed
up before you take the machine into a shop.
