If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I am having win2003 server as a member of my domain. I have shared a folder
on the member and permission to be granted for some domain users. When I
select the permission the domain name is not displayed. It shows only the
hostname. Please guide me to resolve this.

Could you please detail what it is that you mean, what you do and
see, which you have summarized by saying
