If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Please guide me, How to ensure the level of security of the domain controller
on Win2003 Server Platform, and also detail how the security can be tighten.

A very good starting point for this is the Windows server 2003 security
guide, which can be found for free here:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/prodtech/windowsserver2003/w2003hg/sgch00.mspx

You have a couple of templates for high security, as well as numerous tips
on hardening your systems.

This guide should get you started.

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I must stress the need for physical security of the domain controller and
system state images of that. Whoever gets hold of that can "own" the domain
and cause considerable damage.
