If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options DES is known to be crackable. Whether this is a problem for you is entirely
your decision, based on your security needs. DES encryption is probably
good enough for many home computers, for example, or data that doesn't need
a lot of security. It might be acceptable for use on an internal network
with generally trusted users, depending.
