You would be better off asking this in
microsoft.public.windows.server.dns
(xposting and setting followups to same - so look there)
This is most likely possible, but the correct response is that it
depends entirely on your current DNS design (private zone,
public zone unified or separate).
Also, you may want to check with Exhange docs for best
practices relative to hardening externally exposed OWA.
