"DHCP Security" is an "oxy-moron".
DHCP is a tool of convenience, it is not a security tool by any means.
DHCP is pretty much "security neutral", it is neither secure nor insecure.
It plays no role in Client security at all.
If having any machine be able to plug into the LAN and get an address is a
"problem", then the solution is to not use DHCP. The ultimate solution is
to not base your security on whether a machine can or cannot get an address.
You have to have a situation where any machines getting an address is
"security neutral" and your actual security is based on other things.
