Everytime i restart my computer, my security program opens up with a registry
change detected.

Process: C:\Program Files\HPQ\Default Settings\Cpqset.exe
Affected Items: C:\Program Files\HPQ\Default Settings\Cpqset.exe,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Run\Cpqset

I have no idea what this is or why it started popping up. My security only
allows for allowing it or blocking it. I dont know which to pick. I block it
for the moment but would like to do something more permanent to fix this.

Cpqset is HP's configuration and diagnostics utility. You can either
allow it or uninstall the HP software.
