If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
If I know the machine ID but do not know which User has the machine, can I
run a command to identify the User logged onto the console session at that
moment?

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Are you running WINS? I often use it to find the machine names or which
machine a user is logged on to. While not a command, it is a possible
solution.
