If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Hi,
we would like to have an webpage for external users and customers to
download certificates based on SMTP address (not as a bulkload, one
by one if you know the SMTP address). Did it someone before in ASP?

If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Not clear do you want just public keys of your correspondents or the =
private (signing) keys for smtp users.

Yep, just the public keys.
