Hi,

We want to know what will be the Protocol and Port requirements for
network communication between an Issuing Enterprise Certificate
Authority and the Active Directory Domain Controller.

We need at least to know which ports and protocol types we will need
between the two servers since the customer want to have the two servers
behind different firewalls.
