We have a 2003 Enterprise CA installed on one of our DC's (2003 SP1).
I'm getting the standard error "Denied by Policy Module 0x80094801" in
the Certificate Authority MMC Snap-In, so I thought I'd try the web
based enrollment and copy / paste the certreq.txt contents, however the
only two template types that are listed are Basic EFS and User. I have
the other standard types listed in the MMC Snapin (Certificate
Templates.. Web Server, etc.). How do I get these other templates to
be listed in the drop down on the web site? Thanks in advance.

Hi Matt,

The list of Templates listed on the Web Enrollment page depends on:
- that templates are "issued"
- your have appropriate permissions (DACLs).

If user that logs on to Web Enrollment page does not have permission to
specific template he/she will not see it on the list of available templates.
