Start up ZoneAlarm, bring up the management console (double-click the tray
icon), and somewhere in the Options you will find there are settings for
Internet zone and Trusted zone.
Set the Internet zone to Medium security - default is Maximum security,
which prevents the patched XP from getting replies from DNS look-ups.
