Hi Cindy,
You may want to post this in the newsgroups for Microsoft Outlook.
microsoft.public.outlook.general
microsoft.public.outlook.installation
microsoft.public.outlook
microsoft.public.outlook.bcm (business Contact Manager)
microsoft.public.outlook.contacts
microsoft.public.outlook.calendaring
microsoft.public.outlook.fax
microsoft.public.outlook.interop
microsoft.public.outlook.program_addins
microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms
microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba
microsoft.public.outlook.teamfolders
microsoft.public.outlook.thirdpartyutil
There are a couple more, but these are the main ones that relate to
Windows. I would try the General newsgroup first then maybe the interop
one.
HTH.
