If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
The Ent. Root CA was installed on server hardware that needs to be
decommissioned. Is there a way to move an Enterprise Root CA to new hardware?

You must name the new computer the exact same domain\netBIOS name as the
original CA. In addition, you must use the same logical drive
paritioning. It is then possible to move the CA using the following KB
article:
