If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
NORTON INTERNET SECURITY IS BLOCKING A SITE THAT I KNOW TO BE SAFE. I CAN
ONLY ACCESS IT BY TURNING OF THE FIREWALL PROTECTION. IS THERE A PROCESS
THAT WILL ALLOW ME ACCESS TO THIS SITE WITHOUT HAVING TO TURN OFF THE
FIREWALL EACH TIME I WANT TO USE THE SITE?

This isn't the same as blocking a port. Look in Norton's configuration
settings for allowing safe sites. Look in their Help files or ask
Symantec support for help with their products. Here are some links that
