If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Has anyone heard of this program ? Is it real or is it a virus. It
installed itself on my computer and I cannot uninstall it.

Google it.
It's bad.
If you have it - something on your system is saying you need it - you are
already infested/infected.

I just had to cleanse 3 computers of Antivirus XP 2008 yesterday.

I used the free version of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, available here:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

In each case the malware WAS removed!
