Well... it depends - it is hard to tell which one is the best. Here is a
list of a/v programs:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_antivirus_software
From that list, McAfee VirusScan, Norton AntiVirus, Trend Micro Antivirus
are maybe the most popular.

Kaspersky (in that order).
