If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I have forgot where in the registry to modify the Software Restriction
Policies so that "Basic User", "Restricted" and "Untrusted" are available as
security options as well as the default "Unrestricted" and "Disallowed"

If someone remembers what and where in the registry to make the
modifications or has a site link to explain how, thanks in advance!
